Prosser Balloon Festival

This rally is fast approaching. There are a few are still sites available, but we can’t hold them much longer. Please make your park reservation ASAP. Once the held sites are released, they will be gone. The park is full and there is a long waiting list to grab cancellations. This is one of the largest events in Prosser with a multi-year waiting list at the park, but since we have been good customers in the past, they have been good to us in committing spots.

NWCC reservations are due by September 15 so we can plan the rally and meeting. Here is the schedule:

Thursday – Meet and Greet – NWCC host

Friday - on your own for Balloon Fest. Balloon Glow at sunset
Clubhouse will be open for those who want to Pot Luck

Saturday – Annual Meeting and Dinner – NWCC Host

Sunday morning – NWCC Hosted Breakfast

Continental Breakfasts Friday and Saturday – NWCC Host

There is a lot to do in the area. If you are a wine enthusiast there are several wineries in the area including several interesting boutique wineries or choose the Limo Wine Tasting Tour which you can customize. There is also a lot to do at the Balloon Festival including helping to launch the balloons and a Balloon Festival Tour available as well. Not far away is There is the Hanford Site Museum and tour which some of our members have visited in the past and recommend.

Rally fee includes Meet and Greet on Thursday, Annual Meeting Dinner, Sunday Breakfast and Continental Breakfasts Friday and Saturday. All other events are optional. Site rentals are $50/night Long Premium Pull Through Site . RV Park cancellation policy: forfeit your deposit if cancelled within 3 days of reserved arrival date. Advance cancellation (4 or more days in advance of reserved arrival date) deposit minus $10 cancellation fee. No fee to change your reservation. NWCC Rally Fee Cancellation Policy: Cancellation up to 7 days prior to rally start date - 100% refund; Cancellation 3 to 6 days prior to rally start date - 50% minimum refund. The Rally Host may be able to refund more if purchases have not been made at the time of your cancellation; Cancellation less than three days prior to rally start date - no refund.
