Come and join your NWCC friends and enjoy a bounteous Thanksgiving dinner at this 5-Star RV resort. We have use of the clubhouse for the entire length of our stay. The hosts will prepare the turkey, gravy and ham and attendees will be asked to bring a side dish to share; a list of needed items will be sent out in early November. Please be certain that the person in each coach who will be preparing the food gets the notice. Bev and Mike Carrick have graciously offered to host a sandwich and chips lunch Friday at their house. On Saturday night after supper we will be having an auction to benefit the 2018 NWCC charity, the Army Fisher House Foundation, and Richard Beck has agreed to be the auctioneer. We would like folks to donate items for the auction, so start thinking about possibilities for contribution.
Reservations:
The cost per night is approximately $45. Please complete the registration form below and submit it to our treasurer Sibylle Beck. Registration is also available on our website www.NWCCers.org; click on Rally information. You must call the resort directly at 503-463-6641 to book your reservation and pay a deposit of $40. The remainder will be paid at time of check in. If you want to come early or stay late, let the park know when you call. All sites are full hook up and we have 12 sites reserved. The site rate is based on the number of attendees.
Cancellation Policy: Must call the resort by 10/21/2018 for refund; there is an $8 processing fee.
